Cannot say enough good things about Raja, our driver. He is kind, funny, very thoughtful, and an excellent driver. We always felt very safe and well taken care of. We will definitely request Raja in the future. The guides were all good, especially lucky in Madurai. Places of interest pointed out by Raja along the way we appreciated the effort and time it took to see Alvar Thirunagiri temple Karthik’s gracious and welcome hospitality, his flexibility, and planning created a beautiful holiday for us.

In May 2008 for the first time, I visited India for one-week work purposes. I was fortunate to be able to add an additional week to this week to partake in a holiday. Indian Panorama was the travel agency that prepared my itinerary for me. I was extremely impressed by the support given to me, particularly by your representative Prince. Prince devised for me a fantastic week's tour of southern India that enabled me to not only have a relaxing time but to visit many of the wonderful attractions that southern India processes. We had a lovely morning in Cochin. When we were leaving the Haveli there was a group of school children queuing on the steps to go in. I think we shook hands with everyone! They were lovely. Later we saw them again and they were calling our names and waving madly. A wonderful memory.

From the moment we were met by Amit at Delhi to being returned there by him again - we always felt we were in completely capable hands and could relax and enjoy the fantastic sights - even the anarchic traffic - of Rajasthan. We really appreciated Ravinder keeping in touch, direct to hotels or through Parkash Ran, our driver. The hotels in Rajasthan were fantastic - each one having its own different appeal and character. You can tell that we had a truly wonderful time in Rajasthan with so many happy memories of the colors, the people, palaces, forts, and temples that will stay with us. Back home now and reliving our trip through our photos and film. We both want to thank you for such a beautifully organized tour. We were so impressed by the efficiency of all the staff and the care taken to make our trip so enjoyable and interesting. Being met by representatives of the company throughout the tour meant that we never felt isolated and help was always a phone call away! Not that we ever needed assistance because our driver took excellent care of us, going above and beyond the call of duty to make our trip as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We cannot stress enough how much Jay enhanced our enjoyment and experience of India. His kindness and warmth we will not forget. A truly special soul. It was a wonderful trip and the pace was perfect. Even the unexpected things were handled well. The driver was without a doubt, the best driver I have ever had. Like everyone we meet, who was outstanding, he still stood out above the rest. Professional, prompt, neat, and very protective of us. My daughters adored him. I have had other drivers in India, China, the Middle East, etc and he is the best I have ever had. I have already recommended your group to several friends and will continue to.

 Very nice car and very reliable. It is also comfortable, even for a long drive. We are very satisfied with Indian Panorama. The driver, as well as the car, were perfect. Senthil was all the time available for us, and showed us in addition to the standard tourist places, Kerala and Tamil Nadu “beyond the books”. He also explained to us the local lifestyle, which was very interesting.

Our driver, "Mr. Bala" really did a superb job in making our Tamil Nadu tour full of happy, enjoyable memories of the south. He reminded us a few times that we were on vacation, and that we should relax and not worry about rushing to get out of hotels "on time" for the next leg of the journey. He was great! We wanted to take a little time to digest and reflect on our Indian adventure before sending our evaluation of the trip. The short answer is, it was a fabulous trip! The local agents were terrific. The one who met us in Delhi at the beginning and end of the trip deserves special mention for his enthusiasm and warm welcome, as does the driver who accompanied him at the end of the trip. As to guides, we were particularly impressed by those in Delhi and Agra, who were informative and, in Agra, proactive not only in getting Andrea a wheelchair at the Taj but also in getting the wheelchair to the head of the line! As we hope Andrea's notes reflect, the trip was fabulous, all in all, and we very much appreciate all your efforts on our behalf. We've been singing your praises to our friends, and we hope to have the chance to arrange another trip for ourselves someday.

Time has flown since we returned from our visit to Kerala in August but we did want to thank Indian Panorama, and especially Smitha Nair who organized everything, and our great driver Vinod, for such an excellent short tour before we stayed put for two weeks in a house at Poovar. Our specifications were vague but what you came up with was just what we wanted - and better - and excellent value. We have already recommended you to friends and would do so again, and again! I'm now back in France after more than 3 weeks of a much enjoyable trip to south India. I wanted to thank you very sincerely for your very good and truly efficient organization which has definitely contributed to the perfect smoothness of this trip. Everything was perfect: a very efficiently planned schedule, an itinerary perfectly adapted to what I wanted to see, a nice car ... I want to have a special thanks for the excellent driver I had: Noel is a very skillful driver which is, in respect to the common way of driving in India, very comforting! He takes very good care of his car which was every morning spotless. He has a very nice conversation without being intrusive and he has perfectly adapted to my way of visiting (ie let me have all the time I wanted in the temples and understanding that I did not want to see everything but selected spots where I could enjoy spending time) and he has never tried to drag me to handicraft shops. I must say that I've been particularly pleased to have him as my driver for the 2nd part of my trip from Madurai to Chennai which was not originally scheduled. South India is definitely wonderful: the temples in Karnataka are truly amazing as are those in Tamil Nadu. I was really pleased to go as far as Rameneshwaram, even if it is a "long" return trip because the temple was very interesting to visit. Thanks again.
